no, he is just being realistic. why would you want a completely lame 108.5 hp per litre, which by the way is in chevy neighborhood . when you could have a WHOPPING 120 hp per litre!!!!
Here's my point. Let's exagerate something like a Supra with a giant turbo. If you look at the dyno, it has 200hp at 3k rpm, 300hp at 4k rpm, then all of a sudden you get 1000hp at 6k rpm. Is that really a 1k hp car? Not to me it's not. I'd rather have something that does 300hp at 3k rpm and keeps it about that same range up to 8k rpm. See what I'm saying?

Sound is basically like stock but deeper. At least I think, I haven't heard a stock car in quite a while. I'm running the stock intake, header, exhaust, etc. so...
As for feel...yes, it feels wonderful

not technically, because you would have so much you could barely plant it ... i think ivan is trying to compensate to make him feel better about how his car is lacking in the coolness department

Ok better example >> say you manage to make ~30+ hp between 3k~6k rpm on a car with 240hp max hp (at say 8500rpm). Would you rather have that or a car that has stock hp at low rpm and 250hp max hp at 9000rpm?
