Value of 2001 S2000
What is the going value of a 2001 S2000 with 6100 miles. I've had the car for just short of a year and a half. It is stored in the garage at all times. It has never been out in bad weather. It is in mint condition. The color is Black on Black.

It depends on who buys the car and any other options you may have in it.

I used Edmunds.com, selected CLEAN as the quality and came up with the following figures. I used a Tempe zip code.
Wholesale - $27,930
Private Party - $29,362
Dealer Retail - $31,749
Certified used Car - $32,999

You are selling? We were just talking about you last weekend and hoping you'd be out for a drive.
I don't know a good source for resale info. Kelly's Blue Book has always been too high for the S2000 (I bought my S2000 for less than they said that a used one should be worth in 2001).

Hello Guys!
I have just been really busy. Sorry I haven't been active. I am considering selling my S and getting the new Mercedes E Class "E500". It's not out yet and has a huge wait list. I'm probably just dreaming but I wanted to see what the going rate was on the car. My wife thinks I'm crazy. She loves the car. Even though she never want's to go any where in it because it messes up her hair. Pretty funny!
I don't know, I'll probably never sell it. I love the car also. It's the first car I've ever owned that I obsess over. I won't ever park it in a lot where it could get a door ding. Which is why it has so few miles. I only drive it when I want to go driving.
When is the next drive? I got a small paint chip on the last one. Which really bummed me out.
