Default Turbocharge or Supercharge

So I'm pretty sure I'm going to keep my S, but on one condition... MORE POWER.

I want to either put a Turbo or a Supercharger on it. What would be the pros and cons of both. How does this effect HP, Torque, MPG, etc. Keep in mind this is a daily driver and gets about 60 miles of use on work days. Thanks!

They can both be reliable, cost wise, turbo seems to be a bit more expensive, for Daily driving I say get the Kraft Werks SC, and call it a day.

Also up grade your colling system, with the extra power comes extra heat.

Call Chris @ SoS and ask about their SC system, I think they might still be looking for locals to try the system on. And they'll probably make you a good deal.

A deal that would be stupid to pass up if you are looking to go the FI route

How much $$$$ are you willing to spend? Turbo route is not cheap.

If going the SC route, get the SOT kit..IMO best SC kit out on the market right now. If money plays a factor in your decison, pick up a used Vortech or Comptech..the Kraftwerks kit is just hype....basically the same as a Vortech.

Greddy is not worth the time or money. The most youre gonna see is 300whp which will be fun for about 3 weeks. After that youre gonna want more boost and the greddy kit really isnt "upgradeable". Honestly id stay away from the turbo idea all together if its your DD. Little things break pretty often and aftermarket turbo kits are risky enough. When you add in 100+ degree heat, you can say goodbye to a/c and heavy boosting for 5 months.

Oh, that and an inlinePRO kit with upgrades, shipping, install, tuning, etc will cost you an easy 10k....and yes I know this from first hand experience.
