Track Day 10/6 PIR

anyone got an open seat? i would prefer to go through it with someone else before i try it my first time. get a nice easy feel for things. you know, try and ease my way in, instead of just jumping into it without having a clue where to go and what not. hey boof. wanna borrow mine? you can pull and install it if you want to use it, i don't care.

I agree just signing up for DE1 is a walk in the park but you are more than welcome to come ride with me, if I make it out. Just make sure you bring a helmet with you.
Wade, I'll let you know if I don't get the sensor by Friday. I appreciate the offer. It would suck to just lose the money I paid and even more sit at home not being able to race
EDIT: It seems the part number for the AP1 sensor is different so I don't know if it will work.

Apparently Honda is really messing with the sensors. I'll just cross my fingers for FedEx to actually deliver it by Friday. I really appreciate you guys' help

GREAT day at PIR today!
Unfortunately, SPLNDID was the only S running in HPDE3... it was rather "lonely" out there. However, the S was running like a Swiss watch - everything was perfect. Traction was outstanding - I don't recall even once when the tires "talked" to me. A very smooth and powerful day. All systems were right dead on.
I can't validate the times, but SPLNDID was turning the fastest time ever. What an amazing day!
SPLNDID was probably the lowest-cylinder car out there today, but yet, we had a ball keeping up and passing higher horsepower cars. It is all in the setup and momentum...
The HPDE3 group today had a bunch of great pilots. Very respectful drivers, and we all had a blast together.
Come on out to the next event and watch, go for a ride, or better yet... take your car out. This S is an amazing machine!
