how did I not know about this axle nut thing sooner??
Apparently TSB is from 180 ft/lbs to 220 ft/lbs. That's huge!

Also, I guess there was a similar issue with spark plugs going from 13 ft/lbs. to 18 ft/lbs.

^^ Don't forget to clean and re-grease the axle splines while you are at it.

I will bring trans fluids, filters, and valve cover gaskets for anyone who would like to purchase them.

We could probably use extra jack stands. I have two sets, but more would be better if you have them.

I think we've got a set of 4 in the garage. I'll throw them in the trunk.

I can bring a snap-on tech angle torque wrench. It will torque from 12.5-250ft. Lbs.

What a great day to get together and get things done on so many great outfitted and stock S2000s. Although I don't think there are any non-touched in some ways, pure stock ones today. Even I have key-hole covers, a taller, custom engraved wind screen and two one-liter sized cup holders.

Thanks to Mike for hosting this great event and for everyone who turned out. I enjoyed spending time with all of you.

Thanks Mike for hosting this. I owe you a few sets of washers, lol. Thanks also to everyone else that stopped to check up on me last night and special thanks to Madhav and Ben for sticking around. Our tech day didn't end until around 4AM! If anyone is wondering, the final verdict is that the diff failed. Pulled the drain plug and out came chunks. Luckily I had another diff to replace it with so I'm back on the road again.

All in all, for being a shitty experience everything went extremely smooth.
