Hey guys... Just finished watching the game. What an ending!!!!!
Anyway, Thanks to you all for the warm pre-welcome. I feel better about moving already.
I will be working near the intersection of I17 and loop 101. I plan on renting until I am more settled in and want to live in a nice area but still be close to work. Any advice or info you could give on the area would be greatly appreciated. I hear that 17 has bad traffic but I bet that it is only going into town in the morning and out of town in the evenings. Is this correct?
Marc

Hey RD,
I work on I-17 a little south of the 101 at CIGNA Healthcare (Financial Underwriter... Shhh, don't blow my cover).
Anyway, when I moved out here 3 years ago I lived in an Apartment Complex on 7th Street and Bell, called Paradise Lakes. It was a nice place, but depending on how much you want to spend you might be able to find better. Nicer places are going to be a little more expensive, and maybe a further drive.
Currently I live at 40th Street and Bell and my drive to work takes less than 20 minutes. The 101 loop should be complete soon (we hope) then traffic will be better.
Oh yeah, I almost forgot about my bio...
26 (as of a month ago) single
Born on the East Coast and will always consider that to be home.
I drive a '98 Honda Accord V6, but I steal my father's '98 BMW MRoadster when I drive with the AZ BMW Z3 club, or the S2000 club (they have kindly made me an honorary member). One of these days I will try and bring his '01 M5, but his hands are always clenched around the keys too tight.
Mods on the MRoadster...
Not much, an Intake System (sounds good)
Mods on the driver (me)...
Quite a few track events at Phoenix International Raceway (usually sponsored by the BMW dealership)
2 Day GT Performance School at Derek Daly in Las Vegas (learned more than I thought I would)
More to come in the future... (Most likely Bondurant, since it is local)
See you when you get out here.
Adam

Ceo I wish I could but the dealerships will only give me about 4000 for my truck and I owe about 6000. So I am planning on paying a lot extra on my truck this month and then start looking about mid march or so.

Marc,
You'll have to see us before you go. I loved phoenix when I was there working at Honeywell for about a month. It was during the summertime and the temp was around 100+ but you definitely did not feel it. I would have to agree that the women there were HOT HOT HOT!!! Hope you enjoy your time there. Maybe we will see you when we travel to S2k days.
Dale
PS - any of you guys heard of the Chameleon club??
