Someone stole my antena today :(
Some asshole took my antenna today. I was parked on the third level corner of the parking structure at ASU. I plan to scan the entire structure next week for it to find out who did it. There is a really good chance that they always park there because you have to have specific structure passes at ASU.

ya know, i'm always paranoid when i park my car on campus. i always make sure that i put my cd's in the trunk so someone isn't tempted to break in for them and try to park in a spot where someone won't ding it, but there are all kinds of rat bas#$@# who would rather steal their fun than actually earn it like the rest of us.
from your experience, i'm going to pack up the antenna after i park.

I never listen to the radio, so when I get a new one, I might just leave it off. They are $20 from Honda $15+shipping from HandA. But yeah, school parking lots in the S are scary.

Thats a real pisser....
The same thing happened to me at my office the 1st week I had my car.
The antenna is such a pain in the arse!!!
I will never understand why the hell Honda could not of put it in the glass or make it a size thread that VW's and Celica's don't use.......

Don't know if this is helpful or too obvious, but I put lock-tite on the antenna threads and tightened it down. Of course, I've no way of knowing if anyone's tried to rip it off or not. (Lazy SOB thieves could afford their own. The same mentality has a student spending more time cheating than studying for an exam.)

huh. i haven't thought about it before, but i have no intentions of changing the antenna. is there anything that's strong enough to hold it in so it can't be unscrewed and not mess with reception of the radio?
