Sold the S2000
Well, last night I sold the S2000. It has been a great car and lots of fun. I can't imagine a better car over the past several years. Everytime I pushed the start button I was filled with joy. But as all good things... I wanted a little bit more power and a convertible I could drive to work any time of the year.
So, about a month ago I made the decision. I placed an order on a new 2006 Mercedes Benz SLK55 AMG, at least now I have closer horsepower to Doc and Wil. I ordered the Mars red with the airscarf and the performance package. It came in yesterday, so I went over to MB of Chandler and picked her up, dropped off the S2000 and away I went.
1st impressions - of course it is more of a boulevard cruiser than the S2000, but the power is felt right off the bat - didn't want to jump on her right away, but it is going to be tough to do that. I don't break cars in well... The top is really nice, weird how I could say I liked a top since I've never really driven the S2000 with the top up, but it is cool the way it works and functions.
Anyways, off to go put some miles on the car so I can start to bang on it.

If Jordan actually did.....I may as well. I am growing tired of the 1/4 mile time threads. I want a car that I can drive with some great guys. Perhaps Jordan has made the right choice.
Maybe a new Supra or Elise.
