I'm already set, the other's are Pm-ing me and I have no answers. Some are also concerned how much the hotel will be and its a factor if they will come or not.

 

We just started the sign ups...we don't have enough out-of-towners for a group rate yet, so we need to wait to see what the numbers are. If the numbers do not get high enough for a group rate, we will arrange for a hotel close enough to the dealership for easy access. But we need to wait for now.

There are a few Rock Ho's that are willing to share a refrigerator box in my hood. I'll see if I can get a group rate today.

 

We are working on a hotel for the out-of-towners. We'll have firm info up this week. Don't sweat it. PHX has plenty of hotel rooms!

 

I'm on it. Figure on around $100 per room per night. 2 beds if guys want to split. Can someone give me an idea of how many rooms we're talking about?
