Good smooth run. I think if you ran a slightly wider line in the two sweepers you could carry more speed and pick up some time. Biggest difference I could see between our runs...
My main problem is this time around I wasn't hitting second hard enough coming into the chicane and would cut right too early so I couldn't use that as a straight to build up speed (also need to keep it straight until I'm getting to that outside curb to maximize the speed I carry into the first element) and I was braking too hard for the second and third elements causing me to shed a good deal of speed. I also need to get more on the throttle coming into that third element and coupled with less/briefer brake which will let me carry more speed into and through it. I was pretty happy with the last sets of cones.

I was getting a fairly decent launch but I still shifted slightly early into second so that I could line up the first two corners. Just a lift off the throttle slight braking and then into the corners and back to throttle while controlling a little bit of wheelspin. I then just feathered the throttle through the sweeper while sitting at redline (did not want to shift to third). I feel I carried good speed through there.

You looked smooth through the slaloms. I drove into them fairly hard and had to brake, turn, then back on the throttle. I think I could have gone faster if I tried to be smoother and carry more speed through. Oh well.

The last set of cones you look great, a little better than me (I breathed the throttle at the last left kink as the car had a touch of wheelspin.

huh?

you did a good job. you are coachable and a quick learner.

A strong desire for competition and self improvement in this sport can take you far. On the pluss side, you have a near perfect platform/car to work with.

I'll have to see, I'll have the Marana event to go to on 9/28 so I don't know if I want to drive that much over the weekend.

I am looking into this as well. I am free as of right now and if a couple people are going to sign up, I will most likely go. 12 runs sounds like a great deal!

"Porsche and corvette challenge" sounds intimidating to go by myself. But youtube videos looks fun.
I'll be in Denver all week next week and coming back on friday. Plus doing autocross again following weekend on 10/5. It might be hard to get approval from my family. lol. But I'll try if few other people are going.
