What's the final count on Team Irvine drivers and passengers that will be staying at the Gloffer Bed & Breakfast? I lied earlier when I mentioned Motel availability in the local area.
In addition to the World Series in town (GO D'Backs), the Checker 500 NASCAR race will be at Phoenix International Raceway which is about 10 miles straight south of my place.

We're down to 5 cars and 5 drivers. Jose was sent to oakland for the work trip. Final Count 5 & 5.

Hey Chris, thanks for the weather forcast. Look forward to some nice weather. The sun finally broke out today in Miami, of course it would be on the final days here. On the big ole bird out of here on Thursday, see you guys on Saturday.

I was trying to find the latest itinerary just now, but couldn't. Can anyone tell me whether we'll be passing through Phoenix on this trip? Just curious cause there's a big Nascar thing this weekend in PIR and we may hit traffic? (Traffic sucks)

Gloffer is near PIR, but I think that you will be driving opposite the traffic flow and won't have any problems.
We need to decide on a final time to leave Phx, but I expect to be on the road by 9 or 9:30am. That will get us to Greer by 2pm for relaxing before a preview drive of the Coronado Trail.
I have new S-02's installed and am ready to nail a few apexes. Is S2K Fan coming? You guys leave in....32 hours? Break out those driving CDs!

Could work have waited any longer to tell me I can not go on the trip! I have to go on a service call for a big customer

I have an extra 3 rooms on Saturday night and an extra 4 rooms on Sunday night, based on the original list of 10 Irvine drivers. If anyone wants to recruit an extra driver to attend, there is definitely room at the hotel.
