I have an extra 3 rooms on Saturday night and an extra 4 rooms on Sunday night, based on the original list of 10 Irvine drivers. If anyone wants to recruit an extra driver to attend, there is definitely room at the hotel.

Sure,
Here's the directions to the Gloffer Bed & Breakfast:

I-10 East bound on outskirts of Phoenix
Take Exit 133B to Loop 101 North
101 North for 3 to 4 miles to Exit 5, Camelback Rd
Stay in the left lane and head back West on Camelback
Take a right at the second stop light after the exit, 107th Ave
Take the second right on 107th Ave, to Missouri Ave
Take the first right on Missouri, to 106th Ave
The third house on the right is 5348 N 106th, Gloffer Bed & Breakfast.

Right now I'm set for 8 drivers, 5 in beds and 3 on air beds. Please let me know if this meets the needs of Team Irvine as soon as possible.

Mookie PM'd me and said he'd meet us in Springerville or Greer. This will save him 4 hours of driving down from Colorado. Suggested meeting place is Booga Red's Restaurant in Springerville between 1:30 and 2:00 PM.

Just a gentle reminder please be reasonable while driving in the immediate neighborhood. Also for those of you that have may allergy problems, four cats and a dog that may take some getting use to, are long time inhabiants at the Gloffer Bed & Breakfast. If this is a cause for concern for any of Team Irvine, please let me know, there are several motels in the immediate vicinty that should be available on short notice.

Mookie,

Phoenix is low-90's this week.
Alpine and Greer are upper-60's and very sunny. You will need a jacket or heavy sweatshirt at night. The hotel, restaurant and bar are all very close together so we won't have to walk far, though.
