Right Honda
What a bunch of bozos. I bought a battery for the S over the parts counter. When I pulled the old battery, I saw that it was a Honda battery and took it in to see if I could get refund on the new battery. The old battery was within warranty.
They told me I had to bring the receipt in. So today I took the receipt in (third trip to Right for the battery issue). The guy told me he didn't know how to right it up so I could get the refund.
So now I have to go back for a fourth time to get the warranty writer to write it up. Its a friggin battery - how hard is it to write up a refund when its obviously within warranty.
IDIOTS!!!!

Agreed, they suck ASS! My gf bought a brand new cr-v there last year and its a lemon. They do not want anything to do with the problems. It has gotten over 8 tire rotations and 5 alignments. They are just there for the money and not customer service. Like Chris said, Ben and the crew at Bell is awesome.

Thanks guys! When you go back to right honda, if you decide to go back for anything else talk to tim in the service department. He is one of the best service writers ive met. If you ever come to Bell, talk to bob or david in service. They work the hardest for their customers, and of course ive always have you guys taken care of in parts
