Water Wetter cools best with just water and NOT being mixed with any antifreeze. That being said your engine does need the corrosion fighting benefits of the Honda antifreeze.
The answer: only use about a 20-30% mixture of antifreeze/water with one full bottle of Water Wetter and be careful not to park your car where the temperature is colder than a 20% antifreeze mixture can handle.
