When I talked to the owner of the Tea house, he said the owner of the plaza doesn't like having meets there because people were getting rowdy and it was driving customers away. It might had died down now but they used to have cops/security patrol it to make sure there are no meets happening there.

I say we do Firehouse this week and then Pei Wei on Valvista next week. I'll talk to the owner of Boba Tea House to see if it's okay for us to hold a small meet there (plus by then it will be getting a bit hotter).
