I suggest Teharu in Chandler off Ray/56th (Priest). Its a rotating sushi bar, and the place is pretty sweet and very reasonably priced. (1-2 bucks a plate). It isn't as good as say Red Koi way out east, but it is good.

Parking is OK

We have been to Teharu a number of times... Problem is not all of the regulars are not sushi junkies
