That is an AP1 that has been modified to a 2.2L....
Note the AP1 headlights/tails...also he says in the video "did so-and-so as a 2L and now even better with the 2.2L modification"...
That is NOT a stock AP2 2.2L...I'm sure the Spoon car is even faster than a regular 2.2.
