Got an opportunity to move down to Tucson and looking for some info good or bad about the area... I've been around most of AZ except for the Tucson area. Any info would be great. Thanks

 

Oro Valley is really nice.

 

I'd say my favorite area is the Catalina foothills... My parents live there, and I love it. I think Oro valley is nice, but I prefer to be closer into Tucson. No matter what just don't get a place anywhere near South Tucson. What price range are you looking for if you don't mind me asking?

Thanks for the info... If I do make this move I'll be working in Tucson with regular visits to another site in Benson. Was thinking that Vail may be a good compromise but like I said earlier I'm not familiar with the area.
Not sure what the housing market is like, but would like to keep it between 200 - 300k that is in a good school district.
CEO2B, I've sure missed the haul out to LALA land for the MEGA meets. Hope to get back in the drivers seat again soon. If I had the choice of places to be, Flagstaff would be extremely high on the list.
