i love the phone but the service is horrible. So bad that i'm thinking of returning it. Do others have the same issue? On average i usually have 1-3 bars, never full.

I wanted it for the 3g but the network is always going in and out.

Yeah pretty much everyone who bought one couldn't even use it for the first day or two cause the servers were overloaded.

It was pasted all over the news how Apple was screwing up left and right with the releases of these iPhones.

My old roomate had one...she hated it. Same issue, loved the phone, hated the service.

I dont know whats up with people and the ATT service issues. Ive had ATT for 8 yrs now and I have no problems.

I have the v1.0 iPhone. The occasional dead spot but nothing abnormal. Been trying to get a 3G for 3 days now but everywhere is sold out.

i didnt have to wait in line, i walked up to an att store without the intentions of buying one and they had one left and got it. Also i know at the biltmore that have a whole bunch in stock!!! The actual service of the phone side is not bad but it's the 3g network that is lacking. I can see how the non 3g wouldnt be bad though
