Default Operating temps

Anyone else have a digital temp gauge and can give me a reading. My car is running at freeway speeds between 130 and 140 degrees. I'm starting to think the thermostat is stuck open. Thanks

depending on weather. im around 180-210 highway or city, This reading was both supercharged and turbo with aem so it could be a tad off.

Serial gauge? It will only display what the ems gives it. It isn't independent.
