Only took 7 Months....lol
Was in a short sale for 6 months and left that. Looked everywhere from Scottsdale to Ahwatukee to Chandler. Finally bought a house in Chandler and will be slowly fixing things that need repaired and moving into the house this month. We should have a BBQ beginning of next month if anyone is interested.

Good grief....women I tell you... ending up painting most of the house over the week, stripping the garage door, blah, blah, blah.
Anyways, I live on Cooper & Chandler, and should be moving next weekend. If anyone wants to help it would be appreciated. Cookout most likely the week after that, but we'll see and I'll post a new topic for that.
