Ok so I messed up tonight
Ok so like a dumbass i was showing off in the S tonight. I was in an unfamiliar area and was making a left hand turn from a stop. I get into it when the light turns green, through vtec, shift into second in mid corner to kick the back end out a little, but right as i made my shift there was a dip in the road. The back end rotated immeadiatly. I had a full opposite lock counter steer but couldnt straighten it out. i slid backwars into a median, but not hitting it to terribly hard. The car didnt stall and i drove away from it back to my freinds house and all the suspension and everything seemed fine. But now the question. I realized that when i go from 2nd gear to nuetral and let out the clutch, there is a latching type sound. Like some sort of metal clicks or disengages. Its fairly loud, but i cant really tell if its comming from the rear of the car, or the front. I was in second gear when i hit the curb, and second gear is the only gear it makes the click in. What did i expletive up guys!!!! Please any info is great. Thanks.

Take your car to the Tech Day this morning at Earnhardts's. Get it up on the lift and get it checked out. I can't make it, something about work and overtime, but Cesar and the other resident experts will be happy to make a diagnosis.

Sideways into a curb/median, huh?
Take the car to Earnhardt's Honda in Avondale immediately. Yes, it's f*#ked up. And yes, it will cost a bundle to fix. All other dealers have to look it up in the manual because they don't know shit. I should know - the '01 suffered a similar fate.
Then join our club, come to events and learn to drive really well. You won't catch me hitting any curbs no-more, no-more.
The car will be fine when it's fixed properly. Good luck.
