I need to paint my lip. I see you see this place sells an adhesion promoter for it. is that used as the primer? it kind of sounds like it is or should I prime after that step as well?

aerospace on country club in mesa does it... the match isn't perfect even with the factory color code. they mix up a quart and then it is $4 a can for aerosal cans to add it to. you can do 2.5 cans.

Your "best" bet is to remove your gas door and bring it to a paint shop so they can color match it not only using the paint code, but also by the "actual" color. You have to consider that the paint might have a slight fade to it from over the years. If you get an exact OEM color, even from Honda, it might not match up.
