DRIVE! DRIVE! DRIVE!
Don't matter where, any trip is a good one...![biggrin.gif](https://www.s2ki.com/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
As far as a tech day, I've got about 12K on the odometer and just had a LOF. Did the 7500 service, but not sure if that includes tranny fluid change. Should I be changing?
No other mods in the works. Need an exhaust eventually but I think it will be a Christmas present...

We usually do the Tombstone drive in December, that's an ALL day event OR we could postpone Tombstone for the Biosphere and push the Tech day back a bit. What does everyone need to do for the Tech day?
CEO, would we do Biosphere in November or December? Let me know.
WKNDBOX - please sign up for a membership (free) on our club site www.s2000arizona.com and I will put our logo in the signature area and Doc will put you down as an honorary member on the site. You'll also get the emails that you'll need in the future since drive information will no longer be posted on this forum or on the site until after the drives.
Also, we had some concerns with oil, tires and care of the vehicles on the two drives. I hate to have to bring this up, since I think it is pretty much common sense, but I think it prudent to do so. This will go out in the newsletter as well.
Before drives:
1) check your oil using the dipstick per the manual's recommendations. Make sure you have enough oil, these cars eat it up. You may not have a problem, but play it safe.
2) check your tire tread depth and pressure. 2/32nds is the wear bar. I heard someone had nearly bald tires on the drive. You are risking EVERYONE'S life by not checking your tires.
3) wash your windows so you can see! Seems silly, but if you have a lot of crap on the window and the sun hits it just right, you have a problem
4) DO ANY other precautions noted in the manual that are not included above.
I am not an expert in these areas, please do this yourself or have a dealership/shop look at these for you. They do it for free for me. I just walk in and ask them to check the basics. Most oil change places will do the same.
If the dealership or shop does not recommend taking curvy turns with your tires, or has other recommendations, listen to them please.
Drive safe, drive friendly and keep driving

I'm game for anything. If needed we could do the tech day at my place, I've got a large 2 car garage, compressor, jack stands for two vehicles and two floor jacks, plus tools of course. Plus I live at the end of a cul-de-sac with plenty of parking!
