Fender just came off. Very easy.
There is no damage to anything else underneath. (phew).
Removing the door also seems really easy. Of course swapping all the stuff out to the new door will be the most time consuming. The window will sure be interesting.
Overall it looks like I lucked out on this one.
At this point it looks like I will be at the 3/8+3/9 track days
