Need wheel/tire info for Phoenix area
Hi guys- I'm back from my world jaunts. Hope all the local club activities have been fun. Sorry I missed so many of them. . .
Arrowhead ruined my rear wheels when they mounted new tires on them. Apparently, their machine cannot "do" low-profile tires.
SOOOOO, they bought brand new ones for me but declined to re-mount. I need the name of a place here in town that can mount tires without marring the wheels.
Any suggestions?
Thanks!

Since my car is only 1 month old, I haven't replaced them yet....but my brother knows a place that does good work. I'll get the name and number for you when I get a chance. He gets his Porsche's wheels done there and he says that there are plenty of exotics around too (Ferrari's etc). He's pretty fanatical about his cars so I trust his evaluations!
I'll let you know ASAP.

Thanks!
FYI- Discount Tire ruined a set of wheels on my friend's BMW 5 series, then tried to hide it from him. After a very long battle, they sent the wheels off to be refinished but it took over 6 months before it was all over.
It was a store over in N Scottsdale.
A fail to understand why the same people that will charge you over $1000 for a single wheel seem to be quite content to scratch them up. They used a SCREWDRIVER to remove the weights from my friend's wheels. . .
