Need help from AZ guys! Who wins this bet?

Hey all, Back-Cracker and I have a bet going, and we need your help to determine who wins.

We wrote up a PM to ceo2b, and he replied with his answer, but now both of us think that we won the bet. So take the poll and help us decide! The winner will be determined by this poll at exactly Wednesday at midnight, pacific time.

666 is in New Mexico. But here's the other half of the answer. 666 used to be in Arizona as well. However, some religious fanatics insisted that it be changed, so it's now 191 - the devil's highway.
