Just wondering if we wanted to bring this drive back from the dead. This was my first drive with the s2k group 2 years ago and it was a ton of fun except for montezumas revenge from the casino food. just wanted to see what the interest was. I met Ivan and Zonie there. as well as numerous other folk that never frequent the boards anymore.

I will go whenever....It should be a bit cooler up there. Can always cruise top up till we hit the mountains, then pull over at a scenic overlook, snag some pics, then drop the tops.

i will say we wait till it cools off down here, because it was still 100+ at the castle itself. i also remember we couldn't touch the squirels for fear of rabies.

I say we make this our "Fall drive" I think it is just the right distance for most to be able to go too...

Its a nice breezy 90 degrees up here right now. Never drive top up here unless its raining too hard or the GF is worried about her hair.
