You know what would be awesome? If on the last Monday of the month we do the calender for the next month. That way everyone at that specific meet can have a say in the following meets.

^ Can we import the calender into the forums? I did a brief search before settling on a jpg calender. I didn't see other solutions that could be modified, then imported into the forums.

I don't know if you can import the Google calendar into the forums, however I do know that if you have you phone synced to your Gmail account and calendar it will automatically populate all of that stuff into your phone not to mention take that information from the "Public Meet Calendar" and integrate it into your existing one.

I don't have a smart phone, and probably won't anytime soon! I am anti unsecure technology.

I would say short term, just posting a calender on the first page of this thread is good enough, and a step in the right direction. We can get fancy later on once we prove this is the way to go.

Next weeks meet, people need to decide where to go for the next month, then someone should pass the list on to me, and I will create a calender, and host it on my flickr account. I can then provide Chris with the img and let him post it in the first post, or again, we can create a stickied thread up top.
