Sorry guys - just got off the phone with Courtney. The block will not be available to reserve until this Wednesday, July 16th. Please do not call the hotel until then.

Also, please pm me as you reserve your room so I can keep the count. I'll have them add rooms to our block as we approach the 15 rooms already blocked.

Apparently the block has still not been set up. I have the contract in my hand, along with an email from Amy reminding me that all rooms must be booked by Aug 1. I'll follow up in the morning - sorry for the inconvenience guys.

When I called this evening, I spoke with a rep by the name of Dizzie. She informed me that it would be best to call during business hours, and speak with the "sales dept". I will wait to see what Dave finds out. Can't wait till this Sat.

I'll talk to Amy today. I tried calling the 800# last night and they had no record of our group. seminole - did you call the 800# or the hotel direct?

OK - just spoke with Amy Laport. Everything is set up with both central reservations at 800-228-9290 or direct through the hotel - 949-757-1200. This is the Courtyard Irvine - John Wayne Airport location.

Any problems, let me know or call Amy Laport directly at 949-798-3366. Please pm me as you reserve so I can increase the block if necessary.
