These rooms will be available to reserve beginning this Wednesday, July 15! Please do not call until Wednesday.
15 rooms are being held for us at the Courtyard Irvine / John Wayne Airport
$59 per night plus tax
Instructions:
Call the hotel toll-free at 800-228-9290. Inform the hotel that you are with the Irvine Megameet and they will give you the $59 per night rate.
Please pm me when you've made your reservation so I can make sure we have enough rooms at the reduced rate.
IMPORTANT: You must make your reservation no later than August 1, 2003! There is no penalty for cancellation up til 6pm date of arrival.
If there are any problems, you can ask to speak with Amy Laport - she's handling our block of rooms. Feel free to contact me if you need assistance.
I have not made reservations for anyone - please call the hotel directly! Let me know if I can be of any help.
