And last but not least, the JetHot Sterling coated CT Aftercooler and Jethot 2000 coated Mugen AP2 header[attachment=31620:AC.jpg]The reason I coated the CT Aftecooler is my own observations vs the SoS aftercooler. The SoS has some sort of coating and when I compared mine side by side with a local SoS kit, their IATs were consistantly somewhat lower while mine were higher. We both had identical setups with the only difference being the coating on the aftercoolers. So my inference was that the CT was bare aluminum in the engine bay was soaking up more ambient heat and placing more load on its cooling system. The theory here is to block out extra engine bay heat from the aftercooler, so fingers crossed! Oh ya, it does look shiney!

Newly fabricated front mount heat exchanger, bear with us, it is still on progress so it will look much better in the end.

Bigger is always better in that aspect as long as they arent a droopy disaster! Jugs are to men what lazer pointers are to cats.
