Decided not to sell the Mugen header, so I will tap it for a second O2 bung and recoat it. Didnt want to sell it really in the first place but too many flakes annoyed me so I removed the listing. Im sure if I 4played it I woulda gotta 2k easy.

La la lalala its goes around the world.... oops wrong ATC

Why tap it for a second 02 bung, just put your wideband in place of the stock.
having 3 o2 sensors is not necessary when the computer only reads 1, the primary. since you will not be using the stock primary narrowband sensor, then replace it with the wideband of your choosing.

the secondary o2 is only there to make sure the cat is working, and the secondary will be ignored for reference when you tune your kpro.

I was wondering what to do here. The Mugen header only has 1 o2 bung and the bung on the HFC is really restricted (o2 fix i think they call it). I wanted the second for the AEM Failsafe sensor to be closer to the main stream before the HFC.

Or tap the test pipe. No reason to punch a hole Ina Magen header.

Yes, I have a new HFC comming from berk and it will come with an extra O2 bung for the wideband.

Props to Madhav for goin with me for my retune! Did alittle touch up at DynoComp for the new Aero340 and ID1000s to readjust trims and tweak for the new fuel setup.

Pulled 320@ 10psi on dynocomps dyno w/ 91 octane. Not too shabby, I do expect it to be higher with the new motor because the average is that my cylinder 3 is leaking through the rings over 20%. Mike at autowave also did a comp and leakdown and confirmed SoS's numbers as well, I like to always get a second opinion on these kinda things. Clyinder 1 also had some leakage but for a motor with 170k on it and 100 of that being boosted, I think it has done well.

Props to Ben as well for being a huge hookup on great priced NIB OEM parts! If you need parts, Ben is the man!

Stay tuned, more to come!

So awesome to see the level of detail and how you are going beyond the right way to rebuild this thing. Love seeing the commitment to going all out and not taking any short cuts

GL with the rest of the build up!

Seriously! I couldn't believe some of the parts requests I was getting. Amazing attention to detail on this build! It's going to be brand new under the hood! Very excited to see you hit 400 with the new setup.
