After washing my daily driven, 20 year old beauty for the first time in a year, I noticed something off about her smile. It's her teeth, they are very yellow, and embarrassing to be seen out in public with her as a result.

Any recommendations for headlight restoration service in the Phoenix area?

I know there are kits and you can do it ones self, but I'd like to see if there's anyone the community recommends.

Sand them down yourself, make sure to remove the entire factory uv coating and finish in 600. Take them to a local body shop and ask them to spray with clear next time they are in the booth clear coating another project. They will likely do it for $50ish

I would call them eyes, not teeth. Either way, don't bother with clear coat. Buy precut PPF an never worry about it again. I don't understand why people use clear coat if it's just gonna happen again.

I would just DIY. The 3M kit is one I use.
