Ive done firebird too and pulled a 15.025. I thinks its a mix of tires and heavy driver.

My best at speedworld was a 14.7 and this was with a decent amount of wheel spin! I did like 10 runs that night and was getting so pissed because i couldn't get it under 15... Too much wheel spin almost spun out once doing 1-2 shift. At the time my tires were like a month old, and in the end i end up lowering the PSI to like 25ish to get atleast some tracktion... Just my experience lol

I started with 25 lbs of air in the tires. I did two runs. Then i went and dropped them down to 20lbs. But my wife wanted to leave so i wasnt able to run again. My setup is stock. I dropped out the spare, and tools i had in the back. I also weigh in at 265. so that doesnt help any either.
