Is there anything like it in Scottsdale area that's actually built? Everything I found online is either in investing stage or on hold due to the economy.

I need to get some more space in the damn garage as 5 cars don't fit in a 3 car garage. I probably could built it on my property but the wife and kids would be pissed I took away the grass/playground area.

Hmm~ this is the first time I've heard of this.

I'm satisfied with my 1 car garage that I'll be moving into. Us po' people are grateful for even 1 garage!

Seen that, but it's not the same. They basically take care of your car for you, you are not buying a space to do the work/store yourself.

Pretty much. There are some ridiculously nice ones out there. It's basically a garage/man cave away from home. But you'd own it instead of renting it.

I'd rather do the maintain, etc by myself just running out of space between all the cars so trying to find another option.

That seems like a very interesting concept. I really need more garage space and I would absolutely love to do something like this, I just don't know if I have enough extra cash to justify it.
