I have a small Spal puller fan that is going on the heat exchanger, problem is I dont know how the hell to wire it properly to turn on and off with the radiator.

Anyone know what I should tap for it to work reliably and properly?

You want it to function the same as the rad? Just wire it in parallel with the rad.
