Discount Tire Screwed up

Discount Tire Screwed up
Anyone have a problem with discount tire damaging their rims? They sliced through my volk lip like it was a knife and hot butter. They have these markings on 3 - 6 - 9 - 12 o'clock on almost every rim.
They said they would take care of it and have it refinished. Not really sure how good of a job they'll do...
What else should I ask for in compensation. I've been out wheels for a week, 5 visits to discount since I didnt notice it when I picked the wheels up and threw them in my SUV. I'm also guessing they wont look the same since they took out a good chunk of the lip.
Experience and opinions would be appreciated.
and my car got haboobed

My guess is they will never look the same. I would only take my stuff to WSI for just this reason. What they did was flipped the rim upside down and used it on the tire machine like that. What I would recommend doing is calling WSI, and asking what it would take to make your rims whole again, and have WSI do the work, and Discount pay the bill. I wouldn't let anyone else refinish anything like that.

Dang I haven't had any problems with Discount Tire in Plano, TX. I'll have to find somewhere else in Arizona I guess! Moving in 2 weeks over to tucson for UofA transfer.
And is that dirty car from the sandstorm? xD Those videos are scary. Especially the one where the dude drives into it.

That does suck that it happened, but at least they are stepping up to the plate to have them repaired. Next time just spend the extra 20 and have wheel specialist mount them.
BTW, same thing happened to me when I lived in SoCal and they repaired them.

I really can't believe after countless threads about this exact thing happening that people still try to save a couple bucks and not go to a place that is both knowledgeable and equipped to handle aftermarket wheels. Sorry, but I have zero sympathy! This is what you get for doing it WRONG!!!!!!!!!
If you are going to spend money on any aftermarket wheels, cough up the extra $20-30 bucks total and have wheel specialist do it.

You are taking your wheels to a place called.... wait for it.... DISCOUNT TIRE. It's not like you didn't see this coming, right?
Anyway, they won't be doing the refinishing, they will pay someone else to do it.
Now that I think about it, I'm going to open a DISCOUNT ORAL SUPERSTORE. It's going to be amazing.
