I live south of the Polytechnic campus in Power Ranch. Overall the area south and west of the campus is really nice. There are lots of apartment complexes but I dont know anything about them. Generally speaking with apartments, you will always have riff raff. One side of the complex is nice, the other is maybe not so nice. Just do a search and come drive through them to see for yourself is probably the best thing you can do.

If you are looking around $900, have you considered renting a house instead? I know you can find rentals under a grand in AZ in decent neighborhoods, 2 car garage, yard, and 3 bedroom.

Fab'd up a tray under the rubber belting to construct a mold. Can you believe this rubber belt cost $15k for each side. A total of $30k! Crazy lol and we have 3 of these systems here.
