I'm fairly positive that Madhav locked the thread himself. I know he didn't expect the shitstorm that the other thread generated, and I'm going to guess that he was trying to show the the problem has been resolved and he is happy without starting more negative publicity.
I also think the wheels look great and would have preferred to be able to say that in the post. It's nice to see when a company steps up and takes care of it's customers, even if it did take a forum post to make it happen.

I think it's silly that the WSI thread about the repair gets put up and locked right away. I've never seen such a selective forum. Forums are what they are and everybody has to contend with the good and bad, manufacturers, retailers, service providers, and consumers alike.
I, for one, think they look great... but I'll never get to say it there because as is the closed thread serves the purpose of addressing the issue, making for good SEO food, and protecting WSI all in one shot. Whatevs

Lol, don't make me delete your post! J/K. It's exactly what Feezy said. I feel like we're pretty lenient here in the AZ forum aside from guest selling. I generally don't delete/close things unless I'm asked. You're allowed to say how you feel and you can lock/unlock your own threads.
BTW, my front wheels are painted and mounted but the car is too high...
