18x8 front and 18x9 rear 40mm offset all around. Tires are 225/45 and 245/40. Made a mistake with the 225/45 front and I'm not sure how well they'll fit being a 45 aspect ratio. I took my fenders in to SOS to have them rolled. They're completely flat and I'm pretty sure the tab is relocated as well.

If you are running an 18inch tire you want a 35 series profile I believe. You're tires are way to tall all around.

Well, if the tire guy is willing to swap, then that will help you out with fitment in the rear. I think that tire in the rear is about 3/4 of an inch taller than a 35 series.
Plug it into a wheel and tire calculator to be sure, but I'm damn near positive that I am right. Check with Simmy, I know he will know the answer for you right off the top of his head but I'm damn near positive that you want a 225/255 35 series tires when running 8/9 18's.
I don't know if 18's are the same as 17, but when buying staggered tires you want to generally stick with the 215/245 or 225/255 combinations. The sidewall heights are very similar when doing that so you don't end up with a taller tier in the front of the rear. That's kind of a loose guideline as different tires all run different heights, but for the most part that something you can live by.

225/35/18 will net you an overall diameter of 24.20" which is -0.41" from stock*. 255/35/18 will net you an overall diameter of 25.02" which is +0.31 from stock*.
That's close enough to be unnoticeable for most people and should not negatively impact handling. Your speedometer will read about 1 mph lower than actual at freeway speeds.

I thought I had done some pretty decent calculations on them, and I was almost positive they'd fit. As it is right now I'm at about -2.5 in the rear. Not sure how much more wiggle room I have in terms of camber. I'll upload a pic of how they look if I install them like they are.
I talked to the tire guy and was told that they won't be able to swap because I don't have the stickers on any longer. Even though I haven't ridden on the rears more than 10 miles, and the fronts haven't been ridden on at all.

Your tires are oversized by about 1" which is really causing issues. Ideally you would want a 225/40 front and 255/35 rear, although 245/35 rear could also work. Personally, if I were running a 245/35 rear then I would get 215/40 front so the diameter matches.
