Nice to see Mike racing well and being competitive. He was well under 1:30 on that CW configuration. Having run that track I can say how much fun it is not that I would be that close to any of these guys. It's just a fun track to drive. Perfect for the S2000. I might try to make it out there again this year.

Went to Ridge Motorsports Park yesterday, about 90 min outside of Seattle (quite a bit further than my 5 minute drive from Chandler to WHP). It was a rare gray-but-not-too-wet day up here, so we were able to get track time in. I went mostly to prepare for running with the local group this summer.

Amazing what a little bit of elevation adds, making it a true rollercoaster of a ride. So much fun throwing the car over a hill and feeling the steering wash away only to catch it on the other side, along with going flat out while under vertical and side g load. Left TC on the whole day since it was a new track, and varying levels of wet. Couple of misses, but overall a great outing.
