Just ordered the Hankook V12s, was going to go with Federal 595 RSRs but these are super cheap!

It seems they are selling off the old version. V12 Evo2 are the new ones.

They're clearing out inventory on the previous version, hence the cheapness. I'm going to keep my money and get RE11A still, I know I'll be kicking myself later if I buy the Hankook instead.

RE11A = AutoX. Good choice for you.

RE-11A great in track and autox, though not best in ultimate grip. The old V12s are surprisingly good in their category though, with the benefit of side-to-side rotation.

I needed them for DD duty, my current tires are completely worn (fronts are actually from Japan and not DOT approved) so I definitely needed to replace.

RE11A are going to provide the grip I want while having the wet handling I need for a daily driver tire. I think the NT-05's I'm using for autox have better dry grip, but are lacking in wet grip for it.

Did you move? Because I doubt the roads are going to get wet again, ever. Remember when we used to have those monsoon thingies? /s

If I drove my S daily I would go RE11A. I drove Sandeep's car with those on our last group drive and was very impressed!!

I seem to have a vague recollection of something called monsoon. It's like a forgotten memory though.
