It's not his car. His car was taken down to the frame, and then sold. I don't know whether is was for scrap or to be rebuilt.

VE is insane!! Doesnt hurt that he finds great locations and great subjects to shoot. I think the crasiest part of his work is that each final product is made up sometimes of dozens of individual shots that are all combined in post. He takes shots at multiple apertures, shutter speeds, polarizations, background states, and multiple vehicle speeds.

Interesting Turbo design:

Ivan have you read up on the new powerplants? They doubled the KERS output this year and it looks like they are using the KERS output to pre-spool the turbo so that it kicks in instantly upon acceleration rather than suffering from turbo lag! Also the turbo spools up to a max of 100,000 rpm! Insane!!! 600 HP from the boosted 1.6 liter V-6, plus another 120 or so from the KERS unit. So much win!!

So I been kicking the idea of parting my car and selling it to pick up a GTR but I'm torn since I have pretty much all the parts to finish the car. Another option is selling all my parts, putting s2k back to stock and enjoy it for a bit, sell it, get gtr.

Do what makes you happy and makes sense for you. Life is too short. S2000 is a great car but a GTR is a whole different league. If you get one, can I be the first to get a ride. Ha Ha.
