These OZs are growing on me!! 18x9+55 all around. either 235/40 bfg gforce comp 2s (run really wide 9"+ treadwidth or something else directional and flipable in a 255/35

It's a van that sniffs your exhaust and takes a photo of your car!!!
This is from the program they run in the state of Colorado
"An alternative to standard emissions testing, RapidScreen gives drivers the opportunity to have their vehicle's emissions screened as they drive, rather than having to visit an emissions testing facility. If drivers record two clean RapidScreen readings within a 10-month window in the year prior to their registration renewal, they will receive a notification in the mail on their vehicle's registration renewal card. If they choose to accept RapidScreen's clean readings, they simply pay their emissions fee, along with their registration renewal fee, and they're good to go. If they wish not to participate, they'll need to receive a standard emissions test at their local testing facility -- in which case, their emissions fee would be due at the time of that test."
