Default Axel Nut Tightening

Hey guys I know I've been a ghost on here... Crazy busy but my car has that classic click when I accelerate from a stop. After all the discussions about it I need to remove my axel nuts and lube the face with DC111 silicone and tighten to 2 o'clock position. I have been a mechanic for most of my life but this job needs a breaker bar bigger than me and even if I decide to buy one, there is still no garuantee that my 145 pounds of manliness will be able to jump on it hard enough to get it going. I don't know a lot of you so I was hoping someone could give me a hand sometime. I buy the beer (if you're legal age to drink). Cell 808-222-6685 (Originally in the Oahu chapter)

I also used the handle from my floor jack as a cheater pipe.
If you have the time to take the wheels off first, it'll save any damage to the center caps if you pop 'em out from behind then put the wheels back on.
Where in the valley do you live? I can help you out, Kama'aina pricing (beer not required).

No, you need the car on the ground and the tire holding the car in place.

Otherwise you'll be pushing the parking brake at 400 ft/lbs+

Just get a wheel with no center cap or use your spare.

My suggestion there is to avoid any damage to the caps from prying. Maybe I wasn't clear then... "put the wheels back on" + lower the car.

Also, roll the car forward and back before tightening to get the best possible leverage point.

I'd like to get this axle nut tightening issue looked at on my S if someone can help. Maybe at the next Tech Day or if possible, sooner?

Isn't this a regular service offered at the EastSide Meet?
