Well as far as a date, I think its safe to say this weekend wouldnt work as its short notice. I was thinking making something the end of the month since its Labor Day weekend. So something maybe Sept 1. yea its not really August anymore, but close enough.

Hopefully some people will chime in if they are interested. I see this has gotten lots of views, but very little interest...

I have a community pool about 300 feet from my house a 2,450 watt stereo and 2 100" 1080p projectors we can do 8 player system link Forza or GT on. I also have lots of private parking. But I do not have a BBQ.

I'm interested, but I don't have a pool to offer. I was waiting to see someone take the lead and organize the event. I'm still out of work, so I need to watch my gas expenses pretty close. No long drives for me until the Devils Highway trip that I've been saving for.

Now that's an idea! I have a g27 racing wheel I could bring along with a ps3 and gt5. My wheel stand is not ideal but mobile if needed as well.

Thats perfect, the only gaming stuff I currently have is an old xbox 360 Forza 2,3 and 2 corded controllers however I figured you guys would have remote controls, consoles and games. If we want to run 2 screens we will also need a sterio with hdmi for the second, a sound bar would be fine.

I have an old school reviever that doesn't have HDMI. I'd rather not disconnect it either way though. Might be better just to link the systems but have one play on the big screen and another play on a computer monitor (short coords, easy hookup).

But this is all chit chat from me if the day/time doesn't work out. I work on Saturdays sometimes and also plan on going to Cali for the weekend in the next few weeks. Production sucks right now.. .

Its the 20th, and we never got any volunteers to host a meet, and it doesnt look like there is a ton of interest, so I am not going to plan anything for this month. Maybe this thread should be used to discuss Sept.

Sorry Adam. I'm planning to go to Firebird this weekend to watch Ravi and Jim race, and then I'm off to Hawaii. Otherwise I would have loved to help plan something.
