Not that I know of...

I see no reason why they wouldnt fit. I put 2002 seats in my 2004 and it fit just fine. As far as I know there was no change between 2004 seat rails and 2006. You should be good for go.

I heard they changed some things with the floor of the passenger seat so the rails may be different. There are airbag sensors as well but you can prolly just leave those out.

The 06 has a new passenger side seat rail. Passenger side seatbelt is bolted to the seat itself. The driver's side remains bolted to the car. The seatbelt bolt is 14mm, same as the rear seat bolts. The passenger side air bag is turned on and off automatically based on a seat weight sensor input on the 06. I believe the sensor is actually on the seat rail. Driver's side should fit like a glove.

^ +1. The passenger side rail won't work. Trust me. I have a cusco cage that doesn't fit the way it should on the passenger side. Still works but have to come up with something to make the passenger seat fit.
