Anyone have a torque wrench to do 250ft/lbs?

Anyone have a torque wrench to do 250ft/lbs?
If so, could I borrow it? I want to torque my axle nuts to the spec of the TSB which is 221ft/lbs. Only need it for a couple hours, max.
