I reccomend making a list of homes you are interested in. Throughout some different areas. Make a trip out here and drive by each house at different times of day to get a good feeling on what things are like. There were some homes I really liked during the day, but at night....not so much. I had 12 homes on my list when I did some house shopping, and just by driving by these homes a few different times, it narrowed my search to just three. That is my recommendation!

If you have any clue where you want to live just give a local real estate agent a call.
They can pull up any rentals in that area or zipcode on the MLS and give you some advice on where you want to be based on your needs and budget.

I would recommend staying away from the avenues in that band of town. Anything east of 7th street will be your best bet I think. I lived at 12th Street and Union Hills myself for a couple years in a rented house and didn't have any problems Just be mindful of the HOA's, as there will be quite a few elderly folks living in that area, and they don't usually take kindly to working on cars at all hours, etc.

I want to hire a midget to sit in my trunk with a shot gun waiting to pounce on the first bastard that tried to steal my seats again.

Coincidentally, are there any midgets on this site looking for a job?

Clifford/Viper both the same systems... They are decent.
Just remember to know your installer well and make sure they stand behind their work.

I recommend a backup siren or two that are hidden and battery powered. Also a proximity sensor! Worth the upsell..
